These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of emccustomprints.com and purchases from EMC Custom Prints. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Custom Orders
Many products sold by EMC Custom Prints are produced specifically from customer-selected sizes, quantities, specifications, or submitted artwork. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before completing checkout.
2. Customer Artwork and Content
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you own the content or have sufficient permission, authorization, or rights to use and reproduce it for the requested order.
You grant EMC Custom Prints permission to use, reproduce, process, resize for previews or production planning, and otherwise handle submitted content as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfill your order.
EMC Custom Prints may refuse or cancel an order involving content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
3. Artwork Quality and Print Results
Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of submitted artwork. Low-resolution files, compression artifacts, transparency, small details, color choices, or other characteristics of submitted artwork may affect the finished print.
Colors displayed on monitors and mobile devices may differ from printed colors. Minor variations in color, placement, dimensions, or finished appearance may occur as part of the printing and production process.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed during ordering and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, minimum-order requirements, or other charges will be shown before payment when applicable.
Orders are not considered paid until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed. We may correct obvious pricing, calculation, or technical errors before production and will contact you if an adjustment materially affects an order.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because custom orders may enter production soon after payment, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. If production has already begun, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Because custom printed products and DTF transfers are produced to customer specifications, they generally cannot be returned or refunded solely because a customer changes their mind or submitted incorrect artwork, dimensions, quantities, or other order information.
If you believe your order was produced incorrectly, damaged, defective, or materially different from the submitted order, contact us promptly with your order information and photographs when appropriate. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
7. Turnaround Times
Any production, pickup, delivery, or shipping timeframe provided by EMC Custom Prints is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur because of order volume, equipment issues, carrier delays, supply availability, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Shipping and Local Pickup
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Shipping estimates and carrier delivery dates are not guaranteed by EMC Custom Prints. For local pickup orders, customers are responsible for retrieving completed orders according to the pickup instructions provided.
9. Website Availability
We work to keep our website and ordering system available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, maintain, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EMC Custom Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, customer-submitted content, shipping delays, or use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, website, or business practices change. The effective date shown on this page indicates when these Terms were last materially updated.
